Описание
“FILTRON 1-10” это модульный (на 2, 4, 6, 8 или 10 выходов) контроллер для промывки
батарей автоматических фильтров, состоящих из 1 – 10 фильтров.
Существуют модели переменного (AC) и постоянного (DC) тока.
Модели постоянного тока могут питаться напряжением 6 или 12 вольт, и предназначены
для управления 2-х проводными 12-ти вольтовыми соленоидами-защёлками (LATCH).
Модели переменного тока имеют встроенный блок питания, который может быть
подключен к сети с напряжением 220 или 110 вольт и который понижает напряжение до
24 вольт для управления соленоидами.
Цикл промывки может быть запущен по времени или когда разность давлений,
измеренная встроенным электронным датчиком DP, достигает заданного значения или
по замыканию контакта внешнего датчика разности давлений. Возможен также ручной
запуск.
Контроллер производит обнаружение неисправности «Бесконечная промывка» если
количество непрерывных промывок по DP превышает заранее заданное значение.
Контроллер может управлять Главным Краном, Клапаном Задержки и устройством
Сигнализации.
Контроллер снабжён специальным ЖК-дисплеем и клавиатурой.
Контроллер имеет встроенные счётчики промывок по времени, по разности давлений и
промывок, запущенных вручную.

Technical Data
Outputs:
- Operates up to 10 Filters (Modular 2/4/6/8/10)
- DC model — 2 Wired 12V DC pulse Latching solenoids

Inputs:
- Analog DP — Comes equipped with a robust built-in Analog DP sensor.
- Digital DP — Input for external DP sensor (dry contact).
- Pressure switch — Freezes the controller when low water pressure was detected (dry contact).
Modes of operation:
- Freeze — No Backflushing.
- DP Only — Flushing is triggered only by high Differential Pressure. The DP sensor type can be Analog or Digital.
- Time & DP — Flushing is triggered either by DP or by time, the one that occurs first.
- Manual — Allows manual Start/Stop of Flushing.
Filtration network:
- Enable/Disable Main valve and period of Pre-Dwell time.
- Enable/Disable Alarm output – Low battery and Looping.
Filtration schedule:
- Flushing time — Flushing duration of every filter.
- Flushing interval – Waiting period between flushing cycles.
- Dwell time – Pause period between flushing filters.
- Analog DP Set Point— DP Set Point, triggers a backflushing cycle.
Realtime tracking:
- Remaining time to next flush.
- Remaining time to current filter flushing.
- Actual DP value.
DP Sensor options:
- DP Units — Pressure units can be: PSI or BAR.
- Looping limit — Detection of consecutive flushing cycles due to a failure.
- DP Delay— The period between the detection of high DP and Start flushing.
- Calibration — Calibration of the analog DP sensor.
Accumulations and Logging:
- Statistics -Total accumulations of flushing by Time, DP, or Manually.
- Flushing log graphs — Daily and Hourly Flushing graphs by Time, by DP, or Manually.
- Looping Tracking — Indicates looping events on graph.
Energizing options:
- DC model — 4 Alkaline batteries size “D” or 12V DC from an external source.
- AC model – 110/220V AC from mains
Bluetooth Communication:
- Utilizes BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology. Allows up to 60 meters between phone and controller

The FILTRON 1-10 is a modular back-flushing controller for automatic filters of 1 to 10 stations.
General Features
- Both AC and DC models available.
- The DC model can be powered either by 6v DC or 12v DC that in turn activates 2-wired 12v DC latching solenoids.
- The AC model contains an internal transformer that generates the 24v AC for the solenoids.
- Pause function when the system is in low pressure or not operating.
- Flushing cycles may be triggered either by time or by the embedded electronic DP sensor reaching the set point or by a dry contact signal from an external DP sensor.
- Endless looping problems can be eliminated by detecting repeated consecutive cycles passing beyond a predefined limit.
- The unit can optionally handle a Pressure-Sustaining / Main valve and an Alarm output.
- The unit is equipped with a customized LCD display and key board.
- The unit counts separately the number of flushing cycles triggered by either DP, by time or manual activation
